Dojo sabbatical Tuesday Augest 30th

Hi Everyone, The dojo will be closed on Tuesday Augest 30th for a brief instructor Aiki sabbatical. 

Alison sensei and Eric will be attending the Hirosawa Sensei seminar in Sydney (see Seminar Season) and still enroute home and I'll be in Melbourne for a Sports Technology conference by day and aiki training at night with aiki friends old and new from  around the traps (see Budo Bums in Melbourne, 2004 )

See you all thursday and for those needing an aiki fix between now and then be sure to check out the Reed Sensei seminar this weekend. The programme an in depth interpretation of why we do what we do looks fascinating on the Sunday programme

Sun 28th Aug: Yuishinkai Aikido::

9.00 - 10.30AM - taiso updates dissected,

11.00 - 12.30PM - the 5 levels of Aikido arts,

1.30 - 3.00PM - relationship between Aikido and Nanba,

3.30 - 5.00PM - weapons and Aiki philosophy.

5.00 - 5.20PM - photos and book signing.

If anyone is able to take notes I'd encourage them to do so, I'd like to have a look at them too!
