Aikido Republic Winter retreat, Bellthorpe

The solstice new year is a time for reflection, misogi and preparing for the coming year. In the southern hemisphere this falls in June and is often overlooked. Join us for studying the principles of grounding and entry, some quiet time together, great food and help ring in the 'solstice new year' with a dawn bell misogi on a grassey knoll somewhere.
